1. Copyright Notice

© 2026 Wimora. Rights in original Wimora materials are reserved to the extent supported by applicable law and ownership agreements. Materials on the platform may include Wimora content, user content, licensed materials, and open-source components; their presence does not make them all Wimora property.

2. Ownership and Brand Materials

Original software, text, designs, and graphics may be protected by copyright. Names, logos, and brand identifiers may be protected by trademark law. No registered trademark status is claimed here. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

3. Using Published Content

You may browse published pages and share links. Other uses of protected content may require permission. Nothing here limits fair use, lawful quotation, criticism, accessibility rights, or other rights granted by applicable law. Do not impersonate Wimora or misrepresent an affiliation.

4. Portfolios and User Content

Uploading photographs, reviews, or profile information does not by itself transfer copyright ownership to Wimora. Share content only where you have the necessary rights or a lawful basis. Appearing in a photograph does not necessarily make you the copyright owner. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.

5. Copyright Concerns

Copyright owners or authorized representatives can email support@wimora.com with the subject “Copyright Concern.” Identify the original work, the location of the material of concern, your relationship to the rights holder, and a description of the issue.

General correspondence is not represented as a formal statutory notice process. We may request further information to understand the concern. No automatic removal or particular response time is promised.
